If you want to know where to buy beefalo meat, look no further.
At Slo Poke’s, we offer the following services that other ranches do not:
• We will personally help you through the cut sheet.
• We deal with the butcher so you don’t have to.
• We pick up meat from the butcher and bring it back to our ranch so you can pick up directly from us.
• Whenever we can, we box up your meat so you can pick up and go.

What Can You Expect
From a Half Beefalo?
When purchasing a half share, you can expect to lose approximately 45% of the hanging weight due to bone, fat, and moisture loss during aging and processing.
The yield below provides a general example of what you may receive from a half share. Actual quantities may vary depending on processing preferences and animal size (hanging weight).
- 5-8 Chuck Roasts
- 4-6 Arm Roasts
- 10-15 Rib Steaks OR 8- 12 Ribeye
- 1 Beefalo Brisket
- 1 Flank Steak
- 3-4 Tip Roasts OR 6-8 Tip Steaks
- 1 Rump Roast
- 3 Top Round Roast OR 5 London Broil or 8-10 Round Steaks
- 1 Bottom Round Roast OR 15-20 Cube Steaks
